A passionate, outdoorsy woman, Kadi is a bowhunter and loves exploring the big country on horseback or on foot. Kadi grew up in White Sulphur Springs, MT and has been blessed by her son, Stetson.
Kadi joined EIGHT:18 with great interest in launching our data team. A constant learner, Kadi is always exploring new technologies to strengthen her game and is really good at advising customers on software choices. Since her hiring more than a year ago, Kadi was promoted this past April to Control Catalyst. She is a bit of an organizational freak and is super good at "handling" EIGHT:18 priorities such as our many workshops, classes and their scheduling.
For our contract customers, she helps with contacts, deadlines, data inputs and basically all sorts of project traffic. She is also our hero in the world of broken printers, but don't tell anyone!
Kadi spent two years with the Montana Department of Transportation and was in the medical field before that. In each role, she was responsible for data management. This is where she felt the urge to dig into the world of analytics, which has now led to an organizational purpose. She was praised in her formal roles for her accuracy, attention to detail and "noticing unusual things."
Kadi's top five strengths from Gallup's Strengths Finder are Discipline, Responsibility, Relator, Achiever and Focus. Her leadership theme is Executing. You can see that her top five strengths are critical to her current role. She is a focused individual that is disciplined in her approach, while being able to relate that information back to our customers in easy-to-understand communication.
